Delete your Habit Together account

Habit Together is made by Moosup Market, LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open Habit Together and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You can download a copy of your data first from the same screen.

Option 2: By email

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us that and include your username. We may ask you to confirm the request before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, email address and birthdate.
• Your habits, check-ins, notes, reminders and stats.
• Your friend connections, comments, reactions and messages.
• Your device and notification tokens.

On shared group habits, your entries are removed from the group.

What we keep, and for how long

• Your data is removed from our live systems within 30 days of your request.
• Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 90 days.
• We may keep a record of purchases and tax information where the law requires it, and records needed to deal with abuse reports or legal claims.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings first. See Support for how.
